Keystone Construction offers comprehensive design-build services. Our in-house design team works closely with you to create custom plans that reflect your style and meet your needs. We can also collaborate with your architect if you already have designs. This integrated approach ensures seamless communication and execution from concept to completion.

Your project manager will discuss the impact on timeline and budget before proceeding with any changes. Our goal is to accommodate your needs while maintaining transparency about costs.
We stand behind our work with comprehensive warranties. All new construction includes a 1-year workmanship warranty and a 10-year structural warranty. We offer 2-10 home warranty on new construction homes. Additionally, materials and systems carry manufacturer warranties. We’ll provide detailed warranty information for your specific project.
